He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Hartman and Margaret C. Hartman (Schweikart); his brother Edward; and his son-in-law Enoch Powell. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hartman (Farley); his children, Raymond J. Hartman, II of Linden, Frank W. Hartman (Dannielle) of Grand Rapids and Tracy Lynne Powell of Mifflinburg; and his grandchildren, Michael, Meaghan, Raymond, William, Frank Jr., Charles, Ryan and Eric.
