He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard M. Botts and Carrie E. Botts (Hall); his wife Vada R. Botts (Williams); his grandson Kenny McNett; and his siblings, Harry Botts, James Botts, Norma Davidson, Jack Botts and Donnie Botts.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Bradley (Ward) of Cochran, GA, Richard Botts, Jr. (Debra), Teresa Havrilla of Williamsport, Cheryl Yost (Phil) of Williamsport and William Botts (Laura) of Forsyth, GA; his grandchildren, Kevyne, Sharee, Randy, Dennis, Reese, Ann and Melody; his great grandchildren, Wyllow, Allister, Kyrian, Elowyn, Kasey, Gabe, Laine, Maddux, Sophie and Collin; and his sisters, Helen Betty Weaver of Williamsport and Carol Williamson of Hughesville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
