He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sharon E. Packer (Dunlap); his parents, Albert Packer and Lesta Packer (Stout); his children, Richard A. Packer, Jr. of Williamsport, Tammy Packer of Harrisburg and Brenda Stroble (Darryl) of Williamsport; his grandson Richard Packer III; his great grandchild Lola Packer; and his sister Jennie Shriver of Renovo. He was also cherished by his wife, children, grandchildren and great granddaughter.
