He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Elder and Ida Beeley; and his wife Peggy J. Welker. He is survived by: his children, Robert S. Elder II (Krista) of Williamsport, Kimberly K. Boguslaw (Steve) of Williamsport and Robin Ann Hannan (Kevin) of Williamsport; and his stepdaughter Joy L. Yetter of Lewistown. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and 2 step grandchildren.
