He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Forker, Sr. and Norma Fisher Forker; and his brother David Forker. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Forker (Edwards); his children, Robert L. Forker, III (Melissa), Zenon Forker (Gwenda) and Margaret VanSant (Thomas); his grandchildren, Blake, Janelle and Sean; and his siblings, Jim Forker (Sandy), Ralph Wheeland (Penny) and Darlene Justofin (Buz). He is also survived by grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
