He was predeceased by: his wife Isabel R. Lusk (Zerbe); his parents, Dora Lusk and Rote; his siblings, Harold, Oliver, Elmer, Elwood, Lenard, William Lusk, Ruth Knopp, Gladis Bower, Jean Henne and Kathryn Martin; and his great grandchild Summer.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon L. Biber (Alan) of Williamsport and Kenneth L. Haines of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Michele Machmer (Brock), Gary "Ricky" Vogel, II (Jodi) and Paula McCue (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Libby, Erin, Faith, Abbie, Clayton, Blaine, Sebastian, Joaquin and Shannon; and his great great grandchild Nixon Reef.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Robert's name to the Lycoming SPCA, 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
