We are sad to announce that, on April 27, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Rose M. Wheeland of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, born in Collingdale, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cavanaugh and Regina Cavanaugh (Lavery); her spouse Thomas R. Wheeland Sr.; and her siblings, Regina Seagraves, Edward Cavanaugh, James Cavanaugh and Helen Gasparrow.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Walker (Tyrone) of Williamsport, Frances M. Starr (Jack) of Apache Junction, AZ, Thomas R. Wheeland Jr. of Port Matilda, David P. Wheeland Williamsport and Kevin M. Wheeland (Grace) of Rauchtown. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Rose's name may be made to Susquehanna Health Foundation c/o Home Care & Hospice, 1001 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701 or a charity of ones choice.
