Roy Palmer Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 29, 2026, at the age of 83, Roy Palmer of Williamsport, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roy Palmer to pay them a last tribute.
Though Roy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Roy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Davidson and Woods; and his brother James "Don" Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Palmer (Kranz); his stepmother Bernice "Dave" Davidson; and his daughters, Jennifer Schlossberg (Michael), Bridget Palmer-Rosetta (Joshua) and Dawn Cogliser (Robert).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Roy's name to the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
