It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra N. Decker of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Decker Sr.; her parents, Thomas Wilt and Isabelle Wilt; her daughter Joy L. Grimes; and her siblings, Thomas and Dorothy Wilt.

She is survived by: her children, Robert A. Decker Jr. (Anita) of Mouth, Thomas A. Decker of Wilmington and Susan B. Deuel (Stephen) of Linden. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in Sandra's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
