He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Russell and Carol Russell (Lawrie); his brothers, Sean and Barney Russell; his brother-in-law Harry "Sam" Fox; and his nephew Samual Fox.
He is survived by: his daughter BreAnn; and his siblings, Wendy Decker (Jack, Jr.) of Williamsport, Tracy Fox of Jersey Shore and Joel Russell of Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
