She was predeceased by: her father Norman L. Dowling. She is survived by: her mother Kitty Dowling (Reeder); her brothers, Kenneth Reeder (Wendy) of Cogan Station and Scott Reeder of Marsh Hill; her daughters, Dreana Reeder, Alanté Reeder and Charlee Reeder; and her grandchildren, Tyshawn Reeder, Kaieem Locke, Anari Jackson, Zayon Reeder and Akai Reeder. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
