He is survived by: his siblings, Harry Jacobs III (Marlene) of South Carolina, Clyde "Mike" Jacobs of Williamsport, Richard M. Jacobs (Nancy) of Williamsport, Deborah L. Doebler of Williamsport and Rebecca A. Horn of Watsontown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
