He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Casale and Kathleen Casale (Clarkson); his niece Heather Casale; his nephew Andrew "Drew" Casale; his brother Clark; and his significant other JoAnn K. Casale.
He is survived by: his children, Carin J. Frantz (Bill) of Hotchkiss, CO, Jonathan S. Casale (Stacy) of Williamsport and Keanu Bunting (Hannah) of Williamsport; and his brother Jeff Casale (Claire) of Asheboro, NC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
