He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis P. Kelley and Blanche M. Kelley (Elkins); and his siblings, James Kelley and Lisa Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Sonya (Valceda); his children, Stephen W. Kelley, Jr. (Jackie) of Sunbury, Christopher R. Kelley (Victoria Cathcart), Jeannette Miller (Butch) and Amanda L. Drungell (Alan) of Macungie; his siblings, Francis Kelley, Jr. (Linda) of Williamsport, Michael Kelley (Shelia) of Florida, Robert Kelley (Tina) of Florida, Diana Gillespie of Colorado and Theresa Cohen (Sam) of Colorado; and his sister-in-law Lisa Kelley of Florida. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great-grandson.
