He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn E. Smith and Jeanne Smith (Legaye); his wife Rhonda (Stephens); and his brother Kim Smith. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Smith (Kira), Diane Franzen (Luke), Michele Rider, Leigh Anne Lottridge of Madison, WI and Kerry Peete of Springhill, TN; his grandchildren, Jack, Erik Franzen, Lainie Wright, Brennan Peete, Elizabeth, Logan Smith and Ashley McNaughton; his sister Norma Wood (Lindsay); and his former wife Dottie Lewis (Jim).
