It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tasmin J. Roupp of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Jacob Confer, Jr., Frances A. "Fran" Confer (Drabic) and Dennis W. Roupp. She is survived by : her grandmother Donna Roupp (Hamilton). She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
