He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert "Bob" and Irene Irvin (Dutton). He is survived by: his wife Sue; his son Kyle L. Allen (S. Williamsport); his stepchildren, Nathan Allen, Nick Allen, Cassandra Pepperman and Linden; and his siblings, Robin Lucas, Joseph Irvin of Williamsport and James Irvin of Williamsport. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
