He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas M. Byrne and Mary Hamm Byrne; and his brother Father James Byrne. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne E Heinz; his children, Vince of Montoursville, James (Elizabeth) of Londonderry and Jeanne Blake (Daniel) of Severna Park; and his siblings, Adelaide "Sunny" Harris of Williamsport and Rick Byrne.
