He was predeceased by: his former wife Debra Ann Schwanbeck (Salvatori); his children, Keirsten Schwanbeck (Bruce), Graham Schwanbeck (Ashley) and Katarina Schwanbeck; his stepchildren, Katrina Sten (Seongju), T. Eric Sten, Jr., Elena Russ (Brian), Tessa Sten, Poppy, Aviana, Dorothy, Patrick, Luke, Amelia, Charlie, Michael, Henry and Calvin; and his parents, Eva L. Schwanbeck (Royer) and Thomas H. Schwanbeck.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sullivan Schwanbeck; and his brothers, Paul and Terry Schwanbeck (Brenda).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Reading Railroad Heritage Museum, 500 S 3rd St., Hamburg, PA 19526, to help ensure that future generations can experience the wonder and joy of trains as Thomas did.
