She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. Whipkey and Julia E. Whipkey (Neeley); her husband Kenneth B. Holmes; her son Steven S. Simbeck, Sr.; and her sisters, Marlene Logan and Carol Green.
She is survived by: her children, Michael L. Simbeck of Williamsport, Toni L. Simbeck of Williamsport and Babette E. Jessup (George) of Trout Run. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
