Wiletta M. Prowant Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wiletta M. Prowant of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 7, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Dibble and Maude Dibble (Hoffer); her husband Wendell E. Prowant; her grandson Jason Pfirman; and her siblings, Floyd, Leslie Dibble and Violet Askey.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Prowant (Cindy) of Lansdale, Deborah Pfirman (Steven) of Nisbet, Roger Prowant (Cathy) of DuBoistown, Carol Poeth (Mark) of Montoursville, Dotty Diffenderfer (Charlie) of DuBoistown and S. Greg Prowant (Lesa) of Horatio, AR. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
A memorial service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Wesleyan Church (1033 Tucker St, Williamsport, PA 17701).
