William G. Knecht Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on November 14, 2023, at the age of 89, William G. Knecht of Williamsport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marie E. Knecht (Krakowski); his parents, Edward D. "Dewey" Knecht and Ruth M. Knecht (Bubb); his daughters, Mary Ann Knecht and Anne B. Starner; his son-in-law Tony R. Starner Jr.; his grandson Michael A. Starner; and his brothers, Edward Dewey Jr. and Monroe Knecht.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Knecht (Irene) of Tucson, AZ., Vicki Synoracki (Bernie) of Williamsport and John Knecht (Kim) of Chandler, AZ; and his grandchildren, Perfilia Vigil (Danny), Veronica Knecht, Brent Synoracki (Dina), Logan Synoracki (Shannon), Trisha Hribar (Stephen) and Jenny Fredo (Evan). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several extended family members and friends.
