He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hoffman and Minnie Dietrich Hoffman; his wife Mary "Molly" Larkin Hoffman; his son John; and his siblings, Mark, Harold, Donald Hoffman and Marian Thompson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Noreen Gochenaur (Mel), Mary Ann Hadginske (Paul) and Terry Hoffman; his grandchildren, Tracy Paradise (Mike Sullivan), Christopher Paradise (Kelly), Anne Diffendall, Michael Hadginske, Laura Schmidt (Derek), Matthew Hadginske (Alyssa) and Libby Schreiner (Eric); and his great grandchildren, Brianna, Kate, Emily, Kolbe, Eva, Lucy, Isaac and Blaine.
