We bid farewell to Mary A. Wixted of Williamstown, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 12, 2025 at the age of 94. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Mary departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mary leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hollis and Veronica Hollis; her husband Timothy J. Wixted; and her siblings, Julis, Andrew Hollis and Anna Kopp.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa McLaughlin and Timothy Wixted (Laura); her granddaughter Samantha Schifano (Salvator); and her great grandchildren, Sophia and Sullivan Schifano. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church (732 Main St, Lykens, PA 17048). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
