He was predeceased by: his mother Marlene Kocher Nice. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Cain; his children, Jasmine Hawk and Matthew Rhoades (Staci); his grandchildren, Aurora, Ariana, Draven, Dominic and Jayd; and his friends, Randy and Janet Wiscount. He is also survived by three sisters.
