He is survived by : his parents, Adam W. Bosak, Sr. and Billie Jo Bosak; his children, Aubree and Mason Bosak; the mother of his children Jessica Kotilainen; his siblings, Kenneth, Robert, Butch and Samantha; and his grandparents, Dolores Borschell (late William Malloy), Kenneth Bosak and Joani Abrams. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and extended family.
