He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Anastasia and Ruth Caroline Anastasia (Forrest); and his brothers, Edward and Gerald. He is survived by: his brother Michael (Cindy). He is also survived by son; his 3 children; 3 step-children; 4 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
