She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond C. Welsh (Bud) and Marilyn Welsh (Mentz); and her brother Raymond C. Welsh II. She is survived by : her spouse Francis X. Quinn; her children, Kyle F. Quinn (Danielle), Adam D. Quinn (Denver) and Megan P. Santry (Ryan); and her grandchildren, Rylee, Everett, Stella and Landon.
