He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Patrick Finnegan, Jr. and Geraldine "Jerry" Finnegan; and his brother Laurence Finnegan III. He is survived by: his children, Madeline E., Andrew M. and Victoria J. Finnegan; the parent of his children Meredith Finnegan; his siblings, Jim Finnegan (Lynne), Jeannie Gill (Chuck), Griff Finnegan (Erin) and Tricia Chambley (Scott); and his sister-in-law Christine Finnegan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's memory to Saint Joseph's University.
