He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Florchak (Peceniak); his parents, Barney Florchak and Mary Florchak (Yankowski); and his brother Michael Lisic. He is survived by: his children, Holly Friend and Kelly Brickley (Jim); his grandchildren, Hannah Friend, Amanda Brickley, Rylie Friend and Adam Brickley; and his sisters, Janet Lucarelli and Susan Rappaport. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
