With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norman Zibrat (Wilmerding, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Liveratti Zibrat; and his daughter Laura Kurutz (John). He is survived by: his children, Scott D. Zibrat (Stephanie), Janet Gmiter (Keith) and Nancy Paull (Mark); his grandchildren, Jaclyn Sork (Patrick), Melanie Zibrat, Natalie Gmiter, Justin Paull, Austin Paull and Elliott Gmiter; and his great grandchild Mackenzie Sork.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alfieri Funeral Home Inc. (201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, PA 15148). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Of St. Joseph the Worker Parish (405 Westinghouse Ave, Wilmerding, PA 15148).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Norman's memory may be made to the Sarah Heinz House at sarahheinzhouse.com.
