She was predeceased by: her father Edward L. Southard; and her brother John D. Southard. She is survived by: her mother Diana J. Southard (Myers) of Philipsburg, PA; her husband Mark A. Shiflett; her children, Kristin M. Woodring (Bradley) of Winburne, PA and Mark E. Shiflett of Winburne, PA; her sister Theresa M. Patrick (James) of Philipsburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Willow Woodring and Harlow Woodring.
