He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Mack and Ethel Weidman Mack; his wife Elsie Viola (Counterman); his daughters, Patricia Newman (Mack) and Donna Lee Mack; and his siblings, Lynwood Mack, Roland Weidman, Aletha Hinton, Leona Davanzo and Kathleen Kern.

He is survived by : his children, Jennie Mack of Wind Gap, Christine Rowe (Randy) of Pen Argyl and Steve Mack (Linda Hilbert) of Wind Gap.
