It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maynard S. Beal of Wind Gap, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 29, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Beal and Florence Shupp Beal; his wife Ruth Beal (Smickley); and his grandson Stephen Reduzzi. He is survived by: his children, Susan Reduzzi (David) of Annapolis, MD, Matthew Beal (Pamela) of Nazareth and Aimee Chido (John Jr.) of Newark, DE.; his grandchildren, David Scott Reduzzi (Elana), Danielle Brown (Micah), Ranae Luppold (Eric), Josiah Beal (Kelly) and John Chido III; and his great grandchildren, David Barrett, Ryan James, Aubrey, Arianna, Calvin, Lydia, Everett, Thaddeus and Owen.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schmidt Funeral Home - Wind Gap (202 W West St, Wind Gap, PA 18091). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Schmidt Funeral Home (202 W West St, Wind Gap, PA 18091). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:55 AM to 12:25 PM at the Wind Gap Cemetery (1422 Church Rd, Pen Argyl, PA 18072).
