He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Sinclair and Helen Bellis Sinclair; his brother Dale Sinclair; and his sister-in-law Vivian. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Kitchen Sinclair; his sons, William Sinclair of Wind Gap, PA. and Daniel Sinclair (Kellie Karns) of Wind Gap, PA.; and his grandchildren, Addyson and Haisley.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bloomsbury Cemetery.
