He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Foose Shoemaker; his wife Tamara "Tammy" Foose (Stewart); his children, Teddy Riviello, Brandy Riviello, Timothy Foose, Jr., John Foose, Miracle Stewart, Natasha Stewart and Nikita Stewart; his siblings, Pat, Bob and Judy; and his half-sister Renee. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
