He is survived by: his children, Cathy McGowen (Michael Cornell) of Waynesburg, Chris Kisner (Rebecca) of McCracken and Daniel Kisner (Angie) of Virginia Beach; and his grandchildren, Justin McGowan, Leeza McGowan, Kelsey Kisner, Ryan Kisner, Ethan Kisner, Grant Kisner and Jacob Kisner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
