He is survived by: his children, Phillip "Ray" Burns (Lisa) of Wind Ridge, Kathy Moore (Allen) of Goldsboro, NC. and Chris Burns (Sherri) of St. Clairsville, OH; his grandchildren, Desiree Burns of Wind Ridge, Natasha Burns of Wind Ridge, Shawn Burns (Jeannie) of Wind Ridge and Mandi Kelley of Waynesburg; his great grandchildren, Weston, Jimmy, Drayden, Jackson, Mason, Matthew, Colton, Logan and Allie Rose; and his brothers, Carl "Butch" Burns of Graysville, Walter "Buck" Burns (Amanda) of Rutan and Alfred Burns (Belinda) of Wind Ridge.
