Adamczyk (Roman); sisters, Kayla (Josh Golob), Zoey Adamczyk and Mylene (Jacob Hartnett); aunts and uncles, Kelly Bowser, Adrienne (Harvey Weyandt), Matthew Adamczyk (Jamie) and Stephen Adamczyk (Chrissy); nieces, Adalynn and Lillith; nephew John Hartnett; and stepgrandmother Suzie Henry. Adakin is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
