It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfretta L. May of Windber, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 9, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Walker and Mary Louise Walker (Nyda); her husband Larry Nelson May Sr.; her son John H. May; her siblings, Michael Walker and Mary Lou Claar (Gene Wilson); and her brother-in-law Gerald Claar.
She is survived by: her son Joseph May; her siblings, Sarah Rush, John Walker and Thomas Walker; her niece Christine Rush; her nephews, Jim and Michael Claar; and her great-nephew Jordan Romani. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
