She was predeceased by: her parents, John Furmanchik and Helen Furmanchik (Mihalchik); her husband Edward "Duke" Tokarski; her sister Mary; her nephew Galen Head, Jr.; her son-in-law David J. Piatek; her sister Grace Head; her brothers-in-law, Galen Head, Frank Urbano and Bill Bishop; and her close friend Delores Rubal.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Grace Piatek; her granddaughter Tiffany (Jamaal); her great grandchildren, Emily, Evan and Elaina; her sisters, Helen Urbano and Bern Bishop; her sister-in-law Alma Tokarski; her cousins, Mike Salcko, Carol Wadsworth and Mary Fran Wadsworth; and her friend Barbara Sciotti.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A Mass was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (605 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963).
