He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Horner and Betty Horner (Schwer); and his brother Todd. He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Saylor); his children, Bridgette (Greg Berezansky), Scott (Caitlin) and Stephanie (Mark Fogle); his grandchildren, Jacob Pentrack, Kora Berezansky, Luke Horner, Maeby and Saela Fogle; and his siblings, Diane Sincak and Wade Horner.
