He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shaffer and Florence Shaffer (Hollsopple); his wife Margaret Carney; and his sister Carol Homa. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Wayne Wagner Jr., Yvonne Whitacre (Joe) and Matthew Wagner (Lori); and his sister Donna Kasnick.
