She was predeceased by: her husband Ward J. Coutts, Jr.; her parents, George R. Berkebile and Phyllis Berkebile Washko (Decker); and her siblings, Telford, Mary Noon, Betty Orawiec and George.
She is survived by: her son Mark (Linda); her granddaughters, Megan (Seth Burkert) and Katie (Chad LeVan); her great grandchildren, Jaxson and Everett Burkert; and her caregiver Aide. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Her family asks in lieu of flowers family asks donations be made to Windber Hospice in memory of Darlene.
