He was predeceased by: his parents, John Polasko and Susan Polasko (Salko); his siblings, John, Andrew, Mike, George, Henry, Steve, Ann Patrick and Mary Bonitz; and his grandson Devon Polasko.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Polasko (Orlovsky); his children, Edward Polasko Jr. (Kelly), Kenneth Polasko and Nadine Polasko of Strasburg, VA; his grandson Brandon Polasko (Julie); and his child Jordan Polasko (Sarah). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
