With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Florence Mae Rogers of Windber, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2024 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Valentine Younker and Leah Younker (Weaver); her husband Elzie B. Rogers; and also Susan Kozar. She is survived by : her children, Ruth (Roy Esrey, I) of Monticello, KY, Edward (Marie) of Johnstown and Vernon (Susan Tarbay) of Johnstown; and her grandchildren, Kimberly (Todd Cordeiro-Shaffer), Roy Esrey, II, Ross and Adam Rogers.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Florence.
