He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde J. Hoffman and Reda M. Hoffman (Mowry). He is survived by: his wife Donna R. Hoffman (Dunmire); his children, Todd C. Hoffman (Lisa), Dana R. Risch (Kelly), Laura B. Embler (Jon) and Kristi L. Madey (Brian); his grandchildren, Kayla (John), Jared, Zachary (Gina), Emily, Cara (Abdallah), Jonathan, Jason (Nicole), Jessica, Ryan (Katie) and Sean; his great grandchildren, Cecily, Capri, Augustus, Grace, Laurie, Killian, Oden, Sadie, Sophia, John, Kai, Amy and Olivia; his great great grandchildren, Tyler, Aspen and Isabella; his sisters, Shirley J. Blackburn (Ed) and Sandy R. Jenkins (Doug); and his uncle William Hoffman (Janet). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
