Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (2201 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963).
In lieu of flowers, monetary contributions may be made to Habitat for Humanity of Somerset County in memory of Jack.
