Joseph L. Driggs Obituary
We announce the death of Joseph L. Driggs in Windber, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 10, 2026, at the age of 82. Joseph will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Driggs and Rita Driggs (Felton); his brother John "Jack" Driggs; his in-laws, James and Eleanor Korenoski; his siblings-in-law, Chuck Korenoski and Patricia Boyd (Tom Boyd); his nephews, Justin and Aaron; and his niece Melissa Korenoski.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Driggs (Korenoski); his children, Kimberly Gargon (Dan), Lynne Sefchik (Ray), Joseph Jr. (Sandy), Michael (Shawn), Patricia Patula (Michael) and John (Angela); his grandchildren, Canyon Gargon, Cassia Kammerer (Reese), Annie Driggs, Katlyn Mash, Brandon Driggs (Kiara), Abbey Sefchik, Megan Juarez (Ruben), Brian Driggs (LeeAnna), Adam Patula and Allison Mikulsky (Brennan); his stepgrandchildren, Ben, Kirsten and Elliott; and his siblings, Patrick Driggs (Rose) and Chris Driggs (Debbie). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be directed to Windber Hospice, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to St. Benedict Catholic Church in memory of Joseph L. Driggs.
