She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. and Mary A. Swaynos (Stopko); her husband Edward V. Brutz; and her siblings, Joseph, Walter, Edward, John and Anna Mary Stofan.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene Brown, Joanne M. (James Kot), Edward J. Brutz (Karen), Janice B. (George Apodiakos) and John E. Brutz (Kelly). She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; also by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church or the Windber VFW.
